A considered first step towards finding art that belongs in your space.
Every project begins with understanding your home, your style and what you want the space to feel like. From an initial conversation through to curation, visualisation and installation, our consultation process is designed to make choosing original art feel clear, personal and effortless.
01 - Start with a conversation
We’ll start with a conversation about your space, your aesthetic and what you’re looking for.
We can have a chat on the phone or connect via Zoom.
There’s no obligation to proceed. It’s simply an opportunity to talk through your ideas and see how Once & Willow can help.
02 - show us your space
If you decide to proceed, we’ll gather everything we need to understand your space and create the right artwork recommendations.
Depending on the project, this may involve visiting your home, photographing the space, taking measurements or working from architectural plans and images you provide.
03 - Curate & visualise
We’ll curate a considered selection of original artwork specifically for your space, taking into account scale, colour, style, light and the overall feel you want to create.
Where helpful, we’ll create digital mock-ups so you can see how the artwork would look within your own space.
You’ll receive artwork recommendations along with quotes for the artwork, shipping and installation where required.
04 - Select your artwork
We’ll refine the selection together and you can choose the piece/s that feel right for your space.
The aim is to give you enough choice to make a confident decision, without overwhelming you with endless options.
05 - Leave the details to us
Once your artwork has been selected and paid for, we’ll coordinate shipping, delivery and installation where required.
Your artwork can be delivered directly to you, or to Once & Willow for us to arrange the final delivery and installation.
From first conversation to finished space, we’ll make the process as seamless as possible.
