I’ve always believed that the most memorable interiors are those that tell a personal story. They’re layered over time, filled with pieces that have meaning, and brought to life through thoughtful colour, texture and original art.

My background spans both the art world and residential interiors, and those two passions naturally came together in Once & Willow. Over the years, I’ve renovated and built homes that have been recognised in national interior magazines, and I was honoured to receive the Resene Home Colour Award. Those experiences reinforced my belief that art is often the element that gives a space its character and sense of completion.

After many years working closely with artists and collectors, I saw how overwhelming choosing original art could feel. Once & Willow was created to make that process feel considered, enjoyable and deeply personal.

I work closely with clients to understand their home, their aesthetic and the atmosphere they want to create, curating original artwork that feels as though it has always belonged in the space.

For me, art is never simply about filling a wall. It’s about creating homes that feel thoughtful, distinctive and genuinely lived in.
